Shipping

We ship all Boxsals via UPS ground shipping. In most cases, it will arrive in 3-5 days. We can certainly overnight one to you if you would like, but ground rates seem much more affordable to us. In most cases, UPS ground will range from $9.95 - $20.95+ depending on your location and order size.

Pickup

 If you live in the Dallas area, you can pick up your order from our offices. 9am-4pm. M-F. Directions. Pickup details will be included in your order email. 

Return & refund policy

There is none. Sorry. Wish we could be more witty here, but since a Boxsal is a food container device, we do not accept returns of any kind. All sales are final.

If your Boxsal is damaged in shipping, we will provide you an exchange if reported within 24 hours of shipping receipt signature. Any reports after 24 hours of receipt will not be considered. Please call us at 214.377.1582 or email us at info@boxsal.com to report shipping damage.

Refund policy. There are no refunds of any kind. All Three Blind Ants, LLC products are sold as-is without any guarantee unless damaged in shipping. But we aim to please and we think you will thoroughly enjoy your time under the sun and your new Boxsal picnic box.

Can I cancel an order?
Why would you want to do something like that? To cancel an order you have placed with Three Blind Ants, LLC for your Boxsal picnic box, you must call and email customer service at 214.377.1582 and sales@boxsal.com. Every effort will be made to accommodate your cancellation request as long as your order has not shipped.
When contacting customer support, please have your personal information, order number and shipping address ready. If your item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
 
How big is a Boxsal?
On creativity or size? Just kidding. Boxsal picnic boxes measure 20" wide x 15" tall x 5" deep. Plenty of room to pack loads of goodies. 1.15 cubic feet of storage space.

What's it made of?
Each Boxsal is made of Sustainable Forest Initiative (SFI) grade recycled paper containing 40% - 60% post-consumer waste content, and they are printed with earth-friendly inks. Open up a Boxsal and all of the items inside are recyclable and compostable. That includes the utensils, cups, napkins, plates, and even the packing supplies. All Boxsals are produced locally in Dallas, Texas and proudly printed in the US and the Lone Star State.

How sturdy is a Boxsal?
It's like the Stonehenge of cardboard boxes. We don't like to advertise it, but Boxsals will hold well over 20+ pounds of stuff and one of our warehouse guys loves to use his as a stool. Not what they were intended for, but a nice second career none the less. They were engineered to be as rigid as possible, but like a Gremlin, don't get them wet. They are cardboard boxes after all.

Who did the artwork?
We did, of course. A special shout-out to all of our super-talented, box-crafting creatives.

I have to have one right now. How fast can I get one or 60?
They are pretty cool, huh? We ship all Boxsals via UPS ground shipping. 3-5 days in most cases. We welcome you to gasp at the overnight shipping rate (due to size), and if you want, we'll let you pay for it. If you live in the Dallas area, give us a call and you can swing by our office to pick one up. Or, you can visit one of our fine retailers.
 
Average shipping costs for a Boxsal?
Like we said, we prefer UPS ground. Average shipping cost will be between $7.95 and $14.95+ for a single Boxsal depending on location. Your actual shipping cost will be calculated automatically on the checkout page. Cost will be based on your order size and location. 
 
I have a Boxsal coupon code, what do I do with it?
Good for you Mr. or Ms. Frugal. We love coupons, too. Be sure to enter your coupon code in the "view cart" pop up box. There's a little red link that says "enter coupon code." You can find the view cart option either in the top right corner of the site or as you add any new Boxsal to your order. Our coupons do expire. Be sure to sign up for our InBox newsletter to receive promotions.
 
What charge will I see on my credit card?
Your Boxsal order will be billed under Three Blind Ants, LLC. That's the Boxsal parent company. Three blind ants, get it — picnic? Funny, huh?
 
Out of stock items.
Just like Wallstreet our stocks go up and down. If an item happens to be out of stock, it will most always be displayed on the site. However, on the off chance that an item is out of stock and not noted on the site, our customer service department will contact you shortly after your order is placed.
 
How many uses will I get out of a cardboard picnic box?
We welcome you to find out. We're out to make picnics so fun that you'll want to go on a picnic every week. These boxes are pretty tough and will take quite a beating, but they are cardboard and will wear. We expect the average user to get approximately 10+ normal uses out of each Boxsal. Needless to say they are paper. Please keep them out of lakes, pools, ponds, puddles and the mouths of slobbering dogs.

What to do with a Boxsal after you finish picnicing?
Return it to Mother Earth via a recycle bin or a compost heap. Each Boxsal is recyclable and compostable. Or use it for a pretty, fun storage box. They do make a pretty groovy storage box for Barbies, Legos, GI Joe figures, love letters, old LPs, CDs, laser discs and other nostalgic paraphernalia.
